Also in my previous posts even I have recommended that one should have a positive outlook and also one should focus on brighter side of life in order to remain happy and thus remaining young at heart. But the question here is that, how you can think positive or how you can have a positive outlook? Few people may say that to think positive just try not to think negative. But again the question comes in mind that what you should do to avoid negative thinking? So let us see what is to be done in order to think positive: Try not to use negative words while talking or even while thinking i.e. during self talk.
