RELATION BETWEEN HAPPINESS AND SUCCESS

Happiness is the key to success. However not many will agree with me because for them happiness comes with success and if there is no success there will be no happiness.

Although it is true that success plays a very important role in our life but happiness is the base for all the achievements in life. It can be said that true happiness is the creator of a successful person. Also there is a quote by Albert Schweitzer that says, “Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful.” 

There are many who feel that success and happiness are quite similar and whenever you succeed you will be happy but that’s not the case as not every successful person is happy. But those who do things which make them happy have better chances to be successful. In other words happiness increases the probability of success in every field. This is because when a person is happy it becomes easy for him to comprehend any task, to think in better manner, to perform his level best and also others feel more connected to a happy person and they want to work with him.
    
In order to see how happiness will push you towards success you must first understand that happiness is the main motivating factor for all the life objectives. For e.g. A person who is happy with the kind of work he is doing and the resources he has then his team will have more confident and thus he will be in better state of mind than others and will be able to lead his team towards success. In other words if success is the destination to be reached then happiness is the path that will lead you to it.

In the end for a better presentation of how happiness and success are related with each other go through my thoughts below:

If success is the win then happiness is the medium to win.
If success is being rich then happiness is helping others earn a living.
If success is having luxury then happiness is enjoying that with family and friends.
If success is making your name then happiness is the path chosen.
If success is the race then happiness is the efforts taken to win.
If success is the goal to be achieved then happiness is the motivation to achieve.

We in our society depend too much on what all other say and how others feel, and not on what we feel is correct. Despite of all modern time , we find majority of those who agree with the fact that what looks good or looks beautiful is actually good. But, still there are a few who think differently, who don’t believe that beauty just an appearance. They believe beauty is a feeling i.e. what they feel about the the person and not how he/she appears externally.
